Terms of sale & consumer rights

We supply goods to consumers under our Terms and Conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected. Key points are summarised below.

Orders are accepted subject to availability. Payment is processed at checkout. Prices include VAT where displayed. We reserve the right to cancel orders where items are out of stock and will notify you promptly.

Risk passes to you on delivery. We aim to deliver within the times stated; delays will be notified. Perishable goods must be checked on receipt and any issues reported within 48 hours.

Per the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may have a right to cancel certain orders placed at a distance within 14 days, subject to exceptions for perishable goods and sealed food items. Faulty or incorrect goods will be replaced, refunded or repaired as appropriate; contact us at elucor@hotmail.com.
